In this film Doug Miles uses the 1954 B-movie, "Killers from Space" (starring Peter Graves) reedits and puts camp dialogue into the film making it a gay alien films where they are send to the planet Earth to stop a plot to wipe out all gay on earth. The plot was to get the gays to come to "Sodom Flats, Texas" and if they did they would get free Barbra Streisand concert tickets. Hum I would go!!
This film is too weird to really explain the story line. The re dubbing makes it a story of Fartin played by a youthful Peter Graves who crash lands his plane during a top secret experiment run which was trying to wipe out all homosexuals out of the military. He is taken away and gets a sex operation to make him gay (what ?) by gay aliens who want to make the planet earth totally gay.Strange scenes put into this film makes its quite funny.

This, the first gay themed
film from Peru, is a startling drama centering on a young man's
attempts at both accepting his own sexuality and coming out in a
country where being in the closet is still the norm. Ever since he was
a child, shy Joaquin had longings for other boys but his deep religious
upbringing and the rejection from his straight friends kept him from
expressing them. It didn't help that his upper class family – an
over-protective mother and a super macho dad – continually tried to
mold him into their idea of what a son should be. Quiet, moody, but
stubbornly independent, the handsome (and often in full frontal nudity)
student eventually moves away from home into his own apartment while
studying to be a lawyer. Free from his parents, he seeks out his true
sexual self – first with a loving and understanding female student and
later with a succession of men. But drugs, emotional confusion, gay
bashing and hypocritical gay men who constantly live their lives
married but with male lovers on the side, all prevent the youth to be
able to express his gay yearnings openly. Santiago Magill is a
revelation as Joaquin, the innocent in search of love and truth and to
be “normal,” in this bold and sexy story which exposes the
destructiveness of Latino machismo and offers us a peek into gay life

Today I watched the first film by Bruce Wood called "The Door".
From The DVD cover I knew it had gay content and that it had something to do with dreams so I was prepared for almost anything. I watched the entire film and was on edge of my chair for most of the film since I could not figure out why things were happening. It was like a murder / mystery film where you can not figure “who did it”. You are brought through the story of old friends (gays, bisexuals and straights) and a new good looking charming male person who suddenly appears and enters into their lives with amazing results.
You are fooled into believing you understand what is going on but you really can not guess the real story line. So basically it is almost impossible to tell you the story line without spoiling the film. What I can say I enjoyed the film and if you want to watch a really special film – this is the one to see especially if you have had "special" dreams of your own.
I like the direction, story line and the unusual filming technique plus the really good sound tract.
So I am looking forward to seeing more films made by Bruce Wood and can not wait to see where he takes us to in the next film !!! Phillip
